Villamartin is set over many acres of land. Even within Villamartin you have many developments that are completely different. The development my property is set on was completed many years ago and the immediate local comunual area is spacious and green, you will not see this on many properties near the coast in Spain. Why rent a place for your holiday in a concrete jungle when you can rent this at competitive rates. The maintanance is €1,000 a year and there is 24 hour security.
One thing you can be sure of, the newer the development, the less grass and outside space you have. In general, the more properties a developer can crowd in on new developments, the more money they make. This is not the case with this property as it was built before the boom kicked in, when developers had to try harder. The
