Two one bedroom detached apartments within 15 metres of each other (one also has another two beds in a refurbished room below main apartment and has shower room) to rent in Seron, Andalucia, Almeria, Southern Spain, set 1 hour inland of Mojacar beach. Seron is a short drive from Albox, Baza, Sufli, Caniles, Tijola, Cella and many others, any where near the N334.

So if you are after a holiday or looking to buy a property this is a good location for these areas and many more. This property is also only 20 minutes from Las Menas. Each apartment could accommodate 4 people but as above there is another room that could accommodate another 2 people.

1 hour to beach and aqua parks, so equal to your morning journey to work in UK, not that far for most people.

Pool to share with Detached Villa, so not a busy pool. Two patio areas with fantastic views. Cheap long let possible (contact owner for details). Peaceful location set just outside local whitewashed Village.

This is one of the apartments. You do not have to worry about noise from neighbours below or above you. The other room with two beds and a shower room and w/c are on the ground floor through the black door to the right of this picture. Just refurbished. This lower room would only be rented if you have friends to stay there, so you would have the top floor and firends relatives could have the bottomk floor, there is only a kitchen on the top floor apartment. Alternatively they could rent the other apartment.

Air Conditioning is fitted.

2nd apartment is similar in design although there is a shower rather than bath /shower. So to sum up, two one bedroom apartment with another bedroom with shower and w/c only rented with the apartment in this photo.

There is a lounge area, with kitchen (fridge, sink, cooker etc) and dining table.

The whole apartment has recently been refurbished.

There is a brand new fitted spacious bathroom.

As you can see from these photos, it is a pleasant bright apartment.

There is a pool at your disposal and here you can forget about all those silly rules where you can only take a dip at a certain time. You can swim here 24 hours a day and you can lay on your lilo in the pool if you like!

This house is called Casa Tranquila for a good reason, you can relax here.

Although this photo shows that there are two single beds here (one is out of camera shot) we have a double bed that we swap in as and when requested.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge.

The above prices are for the apartment and not per person. As we are at hand, you can book from any day to any day and this may well save you a lot of money on airfares. It is also possible to book for as little as one night or a long weekend but the daily cost would be slightly higher than above but still a lot cheaper than a hotel and you have your privacy in your own detached apartment. Closest airport is Almeria where a growing number of Companies fly to, including Ryan Air and Easyjet, but you could fly to Granada, Murcia, Alicante or Malaga. These airports are from 2 hours drive away to 2 hours 45 minutes away. Nearest beach is Mojacar area. One hour or so.
