You have a choice of three properties to rent. One detached Villa in Andalucia, Southern Spain, in Seron, set slightly away from the Coasts of Mojacar and Vera, one apartment located on the Southern Costa Blanca on a Golf Complex called Villamartin near the beach with many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. The final property is an apartment set slightly inland with use of a shared pool. NO PETS, SORRY.

If you are looking for property for sale, houses, apartments, or villas to sell near Hijate, Seron, Albox, Baza, Cantoria, Mojacar, Vera, Pulpi, Fines, Cella, Alcontar, Las Menas, Tabernas, Almeria, Granada or nearby then the two properties in Seron would be a good place to be based from. If you are going to buy a property in Spain, do not use a solicitor recommended by the estate agent as you may not ( I am being polite here) receive impartial advice. My personal opinion is that you should buy a second hand property that has title deeds (Escritura) as many off plan properties in Spain end up being illegal as they have no planning permission or later a local Government changes their mind on their original decision. The land grab laws are in the Valencia region, so do not buy in this district unless the property is in a built up area, i.e. no land to grab. Also be aware that many Town Halls make it impossible to build an extension so my advice would to be to buy a place that is big enough in the first instance. In Albox there are estimated to be well over 1,000 properties with no planning permission so they are illegal homes. The Town Halls and the builders blame each other for this.
