More details of the Villa can be found by selecting the link above. The property is in perfect condition and is set within 2 acres of land. The Pool and land are fenced in and it is a very peaceful place but you can drive to the beach in one hour, along with aqua park etc.

Great Kitchen with all you need along with all the appliances.

BBQ and out door eating is great here. There are bikes here, just let me know if you want them at time of booking.

English speaking bar not far away. A few minutes in the car. I use this Villa all the time, it is great.

This property and area is completely different to the Villa above. There are 50 or so bars and restaurants you can walk to over three Plazas ( 5 to 12 minutes) and a large supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

Once at this property a car is not required unless you want to get out and about. 50% of people that go here do not bother with hiring a car. You can still get a taxi or a bus to take you to places.

I like this place as you can drink and not drive and it is the best development for miles around with 24 hour security. 2 double bedrooms, one king size bed, bunk beds and a single in the other, so sleeps 5 comfortably.

Inland Apartments with shared Pool - Seron

The property pictured is of the owners bungalow and then they have two apartments. Each apartment is in it's own detached building, so maybe they should be called something else. Each apartment has one bedroom and one is set on the first floor of the taller building and also has a second bedroom on the ground floor. This second bedroom would only be let in conjunction with the top floor as it does not have all the required facilities.

If you cannot afford my Villa or it is not available then this is a good alternative at very affordable rates. If you want to get away from the rat race, Seron is the place to go.
