It is located on the ground floor (corner) overlooking the pool.

It is a short Drive from the Airport

Only a 10 minute walk to Championship Golf Course and 5 minutes walk to a large supermarket, so once at the apartment, transport for many is not required.

There is a TV, DVD, Sat TV channels, Sky Sports 1, 2 & 3 etc. King size bed, bunk beds and a single.

The apartment sleeps 5.

There are plenty of beaches around and this one is at La Zenia which is about two miles away. This beach has a bar and toilet facilities.

Most beaches have climbing frames for the kids.

There are three local plazas all within a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Because Villamartin has a golf course there is plenty of choice where bars and restaurants are concerned. In the plazas you will find approximately 50 bars and restaurants, a bowling alley, a doctors, banks, a very large supermarket 5 minutes walk away, mini markets, UK News Papers etc.

The plaza to the right is also located next to the golf course.

There is also an aqua park in Torrevieja that is about 8 km's away.
