The apartment is near the Beaches, Bars and Restaurants

It is located on the ground floor (corner) overlooking the pool.

It is a short Drive from the Airport

Only a 10 minute walk to Championship Golf Course and 5 minutes walk to a large supermarket, so once at the apartment, transport for many is not required. 50% of people that stay here do not hire a car. There is a bus service and a taxi service.

There is a TV, DVD, Sat TV channels. King size bed, bunk beds and a single. The apartment sleeps 5.

Villamartin is set over many square miles of land. Even within Villamartin you have many developments that are completely different. The development my property is set on was completed many years ago and the immediate local communal area is spacious and green, you will not see this on many properties near the coast in Spain. Why rent a place for your holiday in a concrete jungle when you can rent this at competitive rates. The maintenance is €1,000 a year and there is 24 hour security, gardens, pools cleaners etc.

One thing you can be sure of, the newer the development, the less grass and outside space you have. In general, the more properties a developer can crowd in on new developments, the more money they make. This is not the case with this property as it was built before the boom kicked in, when developers had to try harder.

The apartment is on the ground floor and it has two double bedrooms, one king size double bed, bunk beds & one single bed, so the apartment can accommodate 5 people comfortably. The apartment comes furnished with: Fridge freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, heating for the winter and a T.V. with over 70 digital channels, DVD player with films. A hammock is also provided for the garden. The hammock hooks onto the pine tree and the wall of the terrace.

Sun loungers are provided as are beach umbrellas and a cooler box.

This is the prime location for miles around.

There are plenty of beaches around and this is one of three that are very close. Most beaches have climing frames on them and they all have beach bars.

There are three local plazas all within a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Because Villamartin has a golf course there is plenty of choice where bars and restaurants are concerned. In the plazas you will find approximately 50 bars and restaurants, a bowling alley, a doctors, banks, a very large supermarket 5 minutes walk away, mini markets, UK News Papers etc.

The plaza to the right is also located next to the golf course.

There is also an aqua park in Torrevieja that is about 8 km's away.

The apartment is on the ground floor and you have your own entrance and gate along with garden.
